All machines are provided with a 12 month warranty as standard.  Once the warranty expires you are required to have the Innolift machine serviced for insurance purposes, if in the event of an accident after your warranty expires without any service to the machine your insurance claim may be affected.

Innolift UK will respond to any customer requests for emergency repairs within 24hrs of receiving their request.

Once the warranty has expired a full service is required.  Innolift UK will carry out inspections and LOLER examinations with certificates provided.  

In the event of non-repair on site there will be a temporary Innolift machine provided, equivalent to your existing machine, FREE of charge.

 All Innolift parts will be be charged separately including replacement parts from an Innolift examination or service.
